Three Steps to Book a Stay at Health Spa Piešťany over the Internet
Step 1) Go to the following website: www.spapiestany.sk
Select the desired type of spa stay in the main menu on the right hand side of your screen; you can pick from the following options: “Spa Treatment”, “Relaxation and Wellness”, or “Spa hotels”. In the next step, pick the specific type of stay you prefer from the submenu on the left hand side of your screen.
Once you decide which stay you want to book, please fill in the on-line booking form located in the bottom part of your screen.
Click the “Book” button after you fill in all the required fields.
Step 2) A new screen will pop up and show you an overview of your booking. Select the type of room you require and click “Continue the booking”.
Step 3) In the following window, fill in your contact information and enter your credit card number. Your credit card number serves solely as a booking collateral (the price of the stay will not be billed to your credit card at this point; you will pay for the stay upon your arrival). Complete the booking by clicking on the “Complete the booking” button.
After completing the reservation, a confirmation email containing details of your booking will be sent immediately.
Modifying or canceling the Reservation
You can modify or cancel your reservation yourself but no later than twenty (three) days before your scheduled arrival. When modifying or editing a stay, follow the same procedure as when you booked the stay (screenshot - Step No.2).
Click the Modify / Cancel button in the upper part of your screen. The modification and cancellation form will open. Immediately after modification or cancellation of your order, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
